We visited this place once, and I cannot say that the food quality was terrible, but we never came back because there were no dishes for my wife(she is vegetarian). I'm not sure exactly what Riwa Restaurant you are talking about (you can find plenty of them on google). If you are talking about https://www.riwa-restaurant.de/de/, I recommend you visit the Raw On 5 and The Normandie Restaurant onboard, as they have a similar menu.
