When your documents arrive, there will be those famous words on the front..."please proceed to VIP Check In"!! (yea)Love the free wash and fold. We used it at least once on every cruise.We don't gamble but we always do the free slots tournament. (even I can push a button) It is a lot of fun..although we have never won. (guess that is why we don't gamble!)You also have a "special line" at the Purser's desk (a Platinum sign) ...so you don't have to wait behind everyone else. Enjoy your cruise!
