I haven't been on the Fantasy but all Carnival pools are salt water.In Cozumel I love Nachi Cocom. It is an all-inclusive beach club. They only allow a certain number of people per day (you must book ahead). They have a really pretty beach, pool, clean restrooms, a swim-up bar and restaurant. The food was really good.
