The Sea Bands are just terry cloth wrist bands (like tennis sweat bands) and they have a plastic cone shaped circle in the middle. It is a "pressure point" concept. There is no medication at all - they are good forever. One thing -- don't get them wet - no showering or swimming in them. Since there is no medication - they don't impair your ability to drink or make you sleepy. They are great.
