I really have no idea whether your cruise will include a formal night.  Why not call Celebrity and ask them?

Your CC cabin will include a bottle of welcome aboard champagne, a small bud vase with a rose (or similar

fresh flower), daily canapes delivered to your room, a small fresh fruit basket, and upgraded bed/bath linens.

For the small addition over a regular balcony cabin, the extra touches are nice.
