Just wondering how they work 4 people to a room. It will be me,my husband, and my two daughters 16 and 14. Do they have hide-a-beds? How does this work. We can't afford two rooms, just hoping it doesn't come to that. I haven't booked yet, just thought I would put this out there before I do.

Thanks in advance...

Would be a guess you will get a cabin with pull down beds from the ceiling. and a ladder inthe room to go up them. soemtimes Carnival has a couch that the bottom pulls out to make 2 beds. i dont know. have a great cruise tho :)

We have sailed 4 to a room for years.

You cabin will either have 2 pulldowns (Called Uppers) or 1 Upper and 1 cot they bring in. The larger ships have one upper that pulls down over the couch. The couch makes into the 4th bed.

If you look at the deck plans on the Carnival website...they will show you which rooms have 2 Uppers.

The only cabins that I feel are to small for 4 people are the Interior on the Spirit Class. We did 3 people in an Interior on Main on the Miracle and it was to small for my taste. It was the first time we felt cramped.

We too have taken our kids with us and always get the 2 uppers and 2 lowers. They just leaving the uppers pulled down the entire time.

We are sailing the Pride 9/30 and we have a 5A class oceanview. The room has one pulldown and one couch for the kids, and a 2 twin/King for me and the Wife. It should be big enough.
