Hi
We are celebrating Paulines's 50th birthday on Golden Princess in a mini suite. We set sail on July 24th for Southern caribbean. Her birthday is on August 5 th when we will be in Margarita. We have 15 days cruising followed by 5 nights in Caribe Hilton. Already booked Winifred for July 31 .We are both counting the minutes. We trust we will not be disappointed.

Oh dear Bob! I am so sorry, but yes you will be disappointed. You see I am going on the Golden on 7/4 and plan on taking all the good times right out of her and eating all the food available so that she will be left limping back to San Juan! How about trying for your wife's 51st Birthday????

Happy Birthday to your lovely wife. I too am celebrating my birthday (50th) this year and I am a Leo also, my big day is the 20th of August. But we are going on the Island Princess (along with Kruznut) 11/05/04 for the celebration.

Kruznut weren't you on the Island before? There is a roll call on Cruise Critics for this sailing come by and join us.

My wife and I are taking my mom on a cruise for her 50th B-Day this year, too! I thought I was so original coming up with the idea . . . guess not! We're going on the Star Princess (as you can see by my signature) on Thanksgiving week. Her B-Day is actually on August 2, but we decided that it would be better to go on Thanksgiving and save the vacation time.

I've been on 2 other cruises -- The Carnival Celebration (for graduaction from Law School) and the Norwegian Star (Honeymoon) -- both of them were smaller ships and left out of Galveston. I'm really looking forward to the big ship and new destinations, though!
