I spoke to Connie today and she is doing a lot better. Her beathing is a whole lot better. Still in ICU and won't see her DR. until sometime tomorrow. Her legs will take along time to heal. If you want to call her she is at 636-496-2000 room 3106. She said to tell everybody hello :thumb

So glad to read that she is on the upswing! And it will take a long while till she heals, but at least she is getting treatment now.

Thank you for the phone number - I just got off the phone with Connie. She was a VERY ill lady, but hopefully, the doctors will start getting her medical issues sorted out one by one. She even had to have a round of dialysis. She appreciated the call and all the concern from the @ddicts.

And to answer a question we all had, her son comes every day or every other day to look after Simon, Maxie and Scooter. She said that was the first arrangement she made.

Let's keep Connie in our prayers and good thoughts. She has a lot of medical issues that must be addressed. She may get out of ICU today - but she said her room is like being on a cruise ship. I suggested she get off THAT cruise ship and onto a more traditional cruise ship!!

I checked out her hospital's website. Brand new, lovely rooms, all are private, no balconies though!
