7 night Greek Isles tour on Explorer of the Sea

Hello all,

I am interested (currently have on hold) a cruise in 2025 on RCL's Explorer of the Seas for a cruise that starts in Venice, Italy and goes to the Greek Isles and Croatia and ends back in Venice. The itinerary is appealing to me but I noticed the ship is one of the older of the fleet over 20 years old. Should this be concerning to me? We are young 65 year olds but won't be looking for a lot of water slides type activities. I am more concerned with will the cabins be shabby and old looking and have the restaurants and gathering places on the ship been kept up to date? Thank you for input.

I would not worry about the age of the ship at all, Royals product does not include shabby cabins and gathering places. Other than a bit of wear and tear you would never think the ship is anywhere near its age.
