Hi. My husband and I leave for our cruise on Sunday the 9th. We are leaving a day early (the 8th) to visit our best friends and my college roomate who now live in Florida. They even decided to go on the cruise with us. A couple weeks ago she found out they were expecting their first child. Yesterday she was rushed in for emergance surgery due to a tublular pregnancy. I know I will still have a great time with my husband as it is a vacation, but I am really upset that this had to happen to such a wonderful loving couple. There was damage done and her good tube also has some problems and they may only be able to go invetro. I am excited about the cruise and sad at the same time. I really don't know how to feel. I know money doesn't matter to them right now, but they didn't get insurance and will lose all their money. I just wanted to share this sad story with all of you as when something happens like this so close to home, it really puts things in perspective. I just hope she will be able to go on and live a happy life. Thanks for listening.
