We booked with A-Z for our 4/10 Caribbean Princess cruise. No trouble booking on line through their website and Belinda was very prompt in replying to my questions.

Ricky,

Hello! We have booked with Belinda @ A-Z for our May 9th cruise. We emailed her and she promptly emailed me back. She was very informative and courteous. We choose to "make up" a tour and that was just fine with her. They are going to pick all 6 of us (5adults, 1child) up and take us to Beaches Negril Resort. Along the way, they are going to give us some photo stops. We will spend about 5 to 6hrs at the resort. Then they will pick us back up and will stop to get us some jelly coconuts to drink and do a little shopping. We will be docking in Montego Bay. I have heard good things about this company. If you need to cancel or the ship can't dock in Jamaica--you will not have to pay. She sent us an invoice for our trip cost. I can't wait to go. I will let yall know how it turns out. Less than two weeks to go. It will be our first cruise!!

We used A-Z Planners two weeks ago while in Montego Bay and they were excellent. Reyn was our driver. He did not frighten us at all and was very knowledgable about the area. I would highly recommend them. Also, the same tour was cheaper than what I was quoted with another company.

We just got back and used AZ on our 5/9 Conquest cruise. Reyn was our driver and he was the best. He told us a lot about the island and the way to Beaches Resort. (We customized our own tour--trip to Negril Beaches Resort, alcohol shopping, and jelly coconuts to drink along the way) He dropped us off and talked the Manager of the resort to drop the price of our day pass by $20pp. He picked us up at exactly the time he promised. We went to buy alcohol and they wanted Jamaican money and Reyn took our money and exchanged it for us. He then took us to a market along the road and we bought some jelly coconuts and bumpy bananas. They guarantee you on the ship by a certain time and they did it. The van had air-conditioning. And he drove very safely. Some others were driving so crazy and scary.
We emailed Belinda and got a great price. She sent us an invoice. Then she emailed me after the cruise to make sure everything went good.
Reyn also works on his own, picking people up at the airport and doing tours. So if anyone flies down, he would be a great choice to show you the island.

Thanks for all the positive info on A-Z Jamaica Planners. I've emailed them for more info. Speaking of which........what are "Jelly Coconuts?"

Jelly coconuts are these yellow coconuts ( young ones before they turn brown ). They cut a little hole at the top and you eat this white jelly stuff. Then you drink the coconut milk or juice. After that, they cut it in half and make a spoon out of another one and you eat the white jelly stuff that is inside. It is supposed to be good for the heart. It was neat to try, but personally--it was awful.

Ahhhhhh, so that's what jelly coconuts are. Sounds like a cool experience, but I'd probably agree with you on it tasting nasty!
