Adult Drink Cards

I've read somewhere that you can purchase a card on RCL for alcoholic drinks. Just curious if anyone else has heard of this. I know I can buy one for pop/juice, but can you also buy one for alcohol. If so what sorts of drinks can you purchase - beer, frozen drinks, wine, and where do you go to purchase it?

RCCL used to have an adult drink card but they stopped it several years ago.............

I have heard they have a Champagne card though......for ships with Champagne bars........but I have never seen that........
