Adventure and Independence of the Seas VS. Celebrity Summit

My husband and I took a cruise last March to the Western Caribbean on the Freedom of the Seas. I've also traveled on the Explorer of the Seas. We are looking to go on a Southern Caribbean cruise at the end of this year and can't decide on the ship. We have loved Royal Caribbean but the Celebrity itinerary is great. We are both 24 years old and have heard the the Celebrity Summit caters to more of an older crowd. We love the Royal Caribbean ships and are a little nervous to stray from the familiar. Does any one have any advice or recommendations either way? I would appreciate the feedback!

I have been on the Mariner and Splendour for Rcl and The infinity for Celebrity. Summitt which is sister to Infinity would be quite a bit smaller than the the ships you have sailed but will feel just as big and not near as crowded.. It has just been refurbished also and from all accounts very well turned out now.

As far as an older crowd on longer cruises likely that would be true shorter ones not so much. I can recommend the ship and suggest you can not go wrong and think that even at such a young age you will enjoy the experience. :)
