We have just had an aft balcony once and that was this year on the Summit. We had the middle cabin at the back , we loved it. The balconies are long and partly covered which gave us protection from the weather, especially any winds. We could see either side for a wonderful view. We once had a cabin way up front of the ship and I had to get dressed for dinner VERY quickly each evening. ( Late seating )The 'up and down' motion really made me feel dreadful. ukeSo I was a little concerned about feeling lots of motion in the aft too but I never felt a thing, it was wonderful :grinWe have booked an aft cabin for our 'scenic' cruise next year to Hawaii On saying that being seasick has never spoiled any of my cruises as I just take the meds and all is well with the world :lol ( Thought I had better add that just incase any travelsick 'newbies' are put off! :grin )
