We were on the Millie on the Deb 1 cruise. The Elegant Tea was held on Friday which was a sea day. It was not in the Olympic but in the Metropolitan. It was actually considered 'informal' but men were required to wear jackets. All of the othe tea's were casual, dress as you will and were held in the Ocean cafe.
