I just booked a cruise on the Galaxy leaving from Baltimore. Does anyone have any sugestions on how to get to the ship from the airport, and about how much it costs? We are flying in from Cleveland and have arranged our own flights.

The airport is a short 15 minute drive from the terminal. Depending on how many passengers, you could take a cab, or even a shuttle service. I don't know how much it costs via Taxi, but for two folks to go one way from BWI to the Dundalk Marine Terminal is $54 for both folks. So, a taxi could be cheaper.

When ya going? I'll be on the Galaxy on September 12!

We are not going until March of next year. There will be 28 on the cruise. We have done cruises with RCCL before, so we thought that we would give Celebrity a try. Needless to say, I can't wait!!!

Sorry to take issue with Chef M, but even with the crazy cab drivers at BWI there is no way they can make it in 15 minutes. Remember, it is across the harbor from the airport so you will have to go thru the Harbor Tunnel. I would expect it to take at least 30 minutes in non rush hour traffic times and I would be surprised if the meter was much below $50 before tip. You might shop around with some of the limo services to see if they have a better price. For example, Private Car http://www.cinicola.com/ quotes a rate of $31 online for two people. Hope this helps.
