Alaska Cruisetour - RCI or Princess?

My husband and I are planning an Alaska cruisetour for next August. I have now narrowed it down to Royal Caribbean (Radiance of the Seas) or Princess (ship??). I am leaning toward Royal Caribbean, but would still like some other opinions. We have sailed RCI, but never Princess.
