Alcohol Purchases

My last cruise was in 1989 and at the time any bottles we purchased in the islands could fly home with us. In that times have changed I am trying to find out if the cruiseline has a service wherein these bottles can be shipped home.

Any help would be appreciated.

Actually, we had the same question, it appears there is a government regulation that you can not mail/ship alcohol.. :shrug::shrug:

If you find out any thing different please let us know. With the airlines luggage charges, you are not saving if you are flying. Sad for the vender's and us cruisers that we can not purchase alcohol like in the past.:shrug:

That's a shame, our last cruise was in 1989 and it was neat to be able to bring bottles of rum and such home from the islands. Guess in the end it doesn't matter, we sail on the 10th and I'll ask someone on the ship. If we can't we can't.
