Last July I had won an ebay auction for the Norwegian Spirit May 28th. to Alaska in AB Penthouse suite for $5400.00! Was just informed yesterday from Norwegian line that they had recieved only a deposit for my cruise and that the travel agency in Salt Lake City had gone belly up (All Of Us Travel).

Norwegian lines haven't been very helpful. I was told they had $2500.00 US for deposit and since hadn't recieved the balance, they could get me another cabin!!! I paid for penthouse suite with butler! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.............

Have you called ebay and asked for their help? Was All of Us Travel incorporated? Do you know how to find the owners of All of Us Travel?

Yes, Travel agency "All Of Us Travel" was corporated. Attorney general is investagating Jason Merrell owner of this travel agency! NORWEGAIN LINES are now up to 200 people who have booked NORWEGAIN cruises with them through this company, and all these people have been scammed! Jason has filed for bankruptcy a few days ago.
