Jason Merrell has filed for bankruptcy! Attorney general is looking into a possible paper trial of this creep!
There are about 200 people effected by this company who have also been scammed out of thousands of dollars! He would send a deposit to Norwegain lines to hold cabins, especially the suites....then never pay the remaining balance to Norwegian lines. This cruise for me was booked back in July 2004 for an Alaska cruise coming up in May 2005! Please contact me if you are in the same mess.
