alternate dining on the summit

Just wondering if anyone has taken advantage of the alternate dining on the summit, I do not mean the Olympic resturant, I mean the one that is available while people are eating in the main dining room. If you have what is the procedure? I have heard that you must make reservations, is this so.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you
Marjorie

I never ate there when I was on Summit last year, but I do know they asked people to make reservations. I suppose it's to make sure they don't overbook the area. I understand (not personal experience, remember) that the main course is served by waitstaff, salads and desserts are buffet.

No, never had on any line. I have done the specialty restaurants and they are great.

Summit 10/18/02 cruise. The Normandie is the place to go. Reservation necessary. Can reserve online or when on the ship. $25 charge per person is the tip.....An experience to be enjoyed....Try it... Have the menu if you would like..

Hi Marj
When we were last on a Celebrity ship (seems like long ago) They asked that you reserve for this. I think the cut off was around noon or something like that. How are things across town??
