Amsterdam???

We have always cruised with RCCL and never HAL. 4 of us from work, we call it our "Girls Only" cruise, are leaving Vancouver, BC on the 25th of April for a 3 day on the Amsterdam. I am the only one who has ever been on a cruise. (this will be #5). Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on this ship and HAL in comparison to Radiance for example. We have an inside quad cabin. Anyone been in one of these on Amsterdam?
