Are you talking about the one at the Seaquarium? We watched it a few years ago. You get into a big tank with a THICK plexiglass barrier between you and the sharks, rays and turtles. Then you shove fish through small holes in the barrier. There was no direct contact with the animals. They had several (at least a dozen) nurse shars and one or two reef sharks. I thought about doing it, but I saw there was no direct contact with the animals, I decided against it. $$$ better spent else where.
I actually got closer to a whale and a shark later that week diving in St Maarten.
For a true shark encounter you need to do a shark feeding dive. I don't know of any in Curacao, but the best are in the Bahamas. Personally I think it is like throwing raw meat to a pride of lions and then getting out of the Land Rover to take pictures.
