Another Celebrity cruise question

When we sailed on the RCCL Rhapsody in March we were requested to go to the internet site and fill out all kinds of information about ourselves before we arrived to board the ship.

Does the Celebrity line request the same information be given to them before we board the ship or will we have a form within our documents to complete before we go to the boarding personnel?

Yes, I forgot to ask this when I chatted with the TA and I thought there was someone on this board that might be knowledgeable about this prerequisite.

We fill ours out on line, it's easy and makes boarding go faster and smoother.

Yes go onto the Celebrity website, under Reservations there should be a selection called ONLINE DOCUMENTATION. This is where you put in your passport info, address, etc.

You do need your booking number to access your page. If filled in early enough your ticket will come with all the info already printed on it.

Good information! This is our first Celebrity Cruise and we are pretty exited about it. OT-Anne I noticed you are booked on the same cruise as we are (12/7/03). Have not found too many others so far. Have you been on the Infinity before? Email me direct, if you would like to. Jonas

I have never had much of anything to fill out before boarding on my past 5 Celebrity cruises. My two upcoming ones I have already filled out the documenation online at the Celebrity site. When we took the Brilliance of the Sea cruise this past January, we filled out all our docs online so we didn't have that much to fill out on RCI.

Trying to get ready to book our first cruise. Celebrity has posted its 2004 rates, for a few cabins anyways. However when I contacted a couple of Agents they both seemed at a loss for what the rates would be.

Does the company hold back cabins until closer to a June sailing so they can sell for full price...........or am I just not having luck getting a good TA?

What itinerary are you looking for? On their web site the new summer 2004 itins haven't been posted yet with the exception of Alaska. They don't even have the Panama Canal itin that moves the ships from the Caribbean to Alaska!! Should be any minute now that they will have their full schedules out--keeping my fingers crossed!

Looking at the Alaska trips in Late June/ Early July on Summit. It sounds like the best deal afloat from the numbe of different reviews and such that I have read while researching which line and ship to book.

It just seems strange that some places have the price, but others that should be "in the know" don't seem to be.

Thanks,

RR

Having cruised on Princess and Royal Caribbean, I think filling out the information online is great! The only form left to complete when the tickets arrive is the credit card info. Hoping Celebrity's process is similar.
