Trying to get ready to book our first cruise. Celebrity has posted its 2004 rates, for a few cabins anyways. However when I contacted a couple of Agents they both seemed at a loss for what the rates would be.Does the company hold back cabins until closer to a June sailing so they can sell for full price...........or am I just not having luck getting a good TA?
