Any information on BA Category on Wind?

I have read that this category includes concierge service. Does anyone know what this service entails? I would be most interested in hearing about anything regarding this along the lines of NCL or most importantly, the Wind. I am booked on the WInd for Apr 3-10. Any comments would be most appreciated.
