We've used Peat Taylor and he's fabulous. His tour was $30 and that includes admission to the falls (which I think is $10.) He picks you up at port, takes you to the falls and is back there to pick you up when you finish. He then takes you on a ride through Fern Gully and to a lookout point where you can see the Blue Mountains. He'll drive you around town singing songs....and he's a safe driver too! When the tour is done, he'll take you back to the ship or drop you off at Island Village for shopping or Margarativille.
