I have stayed aft on 7 out of 9 cruises- we did stay on the Aft on Victory/ and Destiny--both are sister to Triumph. Its the place to be for us. For one-- I get more for my money. THe balcony is bigger then whats offered on the side. Cabins are teh same size.Balcny will be warmed then the side ones-- there is no ocean breezes like the side- Keep the curtains closed to keep the cabin cool.Its a further walk to the stairs/elevators but the hall is quest back there as people on a ship tend not to go where they dont have to.I prefer my cabin closer to the waters... Deck 8 would be too high for me.
