Anyone going on Spirit Jan 7th, 2005?

Hi all,
Just curious to see if anyone else is going on this cruise. We are a group of family and friends that travel together every year. Thought we would try doing a 9 dayer. Can't wait. She sure has a great itinerary.
Anyone been on her?

HI Travelnut!

My DH and I are going on this cruise, Jan 7, 2005. Very excited about the itinerary and a Southern Caribbean cruise from Miami rather than San Juan. Even if the ports of call change due to the damage by Hurricaine Ivan, this should be a great cruise.

So far the reviews of the Spirit sound great! This will be our first balcony cabin and we are excited. We usually cruise in an inside cabin to save bucks, but decided to splurge.

DH and I LOVE freestyle cruising.

For the first time I am looking forward to winter's arrival and our cruise on the Spirit.

I have sailed an Alaskan cruise on the Spirit. She is a wonderful ship.... I was pampered beyond belief....

Hi Kathy,,,
Starting to get excited now,,,our cruise is just 99 days away. <VBG> Guess we are DDM's !!!
I have not heard if our itineary has changed or not,,,what with Grenada getting hit so hard. Have checked with my TA but she has no word from NCL about this. Guess it's tooo soon to tell. They might have the place back together enough for us to visit by Jan. Sure hope so !!

Grenada is still a go....but their sending in a team to evaluate things. If Grenada is no good (which I'm hoping is the case) they will stop at St. Vincent & the Grenadines

Hi,
We're also on the 1/21 sailing. We've had mixed luck with NCL but we love Freestyle. We're too old to be told what to wear and when to eat. Check out the Browne's in 5566.
