Remember that there are parents who home school, which makes their cruising times more flexible since they are not restricted to the " normal school calendar".There are positives both ways. Yes, Camp Carnival is open even if only one child is there. (of course I doubt that ever happens) The fewer children, the more personal attention your child will receive. The more children, the more kids your child will have to play with. It is a win win!!
