I don't know anything yet, but will be sailing on her this Saturday. I hope to take plenty of pictures and post them in the photo album.

She is an elegant ship. Don't miss: the showers and the huge jacuzzi within the Spa - all free of charge. For a quiet moment - check out the Sunshine garden, Wedding chapel, Library/Internet cafe, the arcade is fun for young & not so young. The stern pool offers a quieter experience for sunbathing. The "topless" deck can be found off the second tier near David's outside landing but no photo's please. Ask your cabin steward to unlock your mini-bar and remove the contents if you need some refrigerator space. You will have a hairdryer, safe, robes and fluffy beach towels for use while on board in each cabin. Just bring your used towels back and place them on the bathroom floor. The steward will refresh them for you. Don't leave them on the pool deck or elsewhere as it will cost you $20+ per towel with no souvenir. Of course you can buy them (fresh ones) to take home. David's is a lovely Supper Club, but if you want a special night or table, make your reservation as soon as you board ship. Tours can be booked on the interactive cabin TV. Don't forget to check your Sign & Sail folio during the week for accuracy. Tips are automatically charged to your S&S account at $9.75 per person per day. Now, if this is not what you want, then just go to the pursor's office before the last night and make any changes you wish; edit, take off, add gratuity, etc. This charge does not include the maitre de, Camp Carnival counselors, or bar tab gratituity which is automatically charged and noted on each signed slip. Photo's are expensive, so you may wish to wait until mid-week to start making purchases. The drink of the day comes in three sizes: Signature souvenir glass every day is $6.75, refill of this glass (you just bring back your glass and have it filled on deck only) for $4.50 and regular (small) glass $2.95. There are alcholic and non specials each day. You can order as many appetizers, salad, entree's and deserts as your heart desires, but try to do this upfront so not to confuse the waiter. Cappacino or Espresso is served in the main dining room for $0 at meal time. A Cafe is located outside the sports bar area for a treat of Lattee, Cappachino, Espresso, Sundaes & Pastries but for a fee.
Have a great time.
Bon Voyage

You must see the Sunset Garden! It is a gorgeous area to sit and relax. The view is pretty, but I really love the decor. IF I remember correctly it is located on deck 3 forward.
And def. go to Davids once. It is worth the extra $$$!

We are sailing on the 26th also & can't wait to see this ship. We are traveling from the NE. and it was a long winter & we are looking forward to some Hot Sunshine!

I was on the Pride last April and she is one of my all time favorite ships. I found nothing wrong with this ship at all. I love the Spirit class. It has the best layout IMHO of all Carnival class of ships. Very easy to navigate. I also cruised on the Legend last year and am waiting for Carnival to announce the itinerary for the Miracle. Have a great cruise.
