Well I read on the Cruise Critic Board on a post by Island Marketing, they have Grand Cayman Cruise Excursions, (Captain Bryans/ Buccaneer etc) and they say that the cruise ships will be returning by the end of the month, 2-3 per day to start. So I guess some will go back right away and others won't.

Costa Maya is nice though, not Cayman but I think an okay substitute : Here is some good Costa Maya info and photos
