In a word no, there are no cruises that I have ever heard of that have a minimum age requirement of any age. If money, or travel months, are not a big concern look for cruises in January or February and also 10 days or greater. Also, overseas cruises are likely to be full of older people due to the higher costs.
That covers what we do and the average age has always been high since most kids are in school with their parents landlocked. There may be a few kids onboard but you will have to look to find them. Naturely, too old can be a problem also. We saw a woman in a scooter run over the foot of a man in an elevator because she was learning how to drive it. He was not happy. Can't win sometimes.
