Are these two ships considered sister ships??

I was looking around killing some time tonight, and i came across this info from the RCI website:

their specs are identical... so are they considered sister ships?? or the twins?? i mean other than being oasis class ships they are also identical in specs... i hadn't noticed any of the other classes of ships being identical, some were a few feet longer, some had a smaller beam, or something keeping them from being identical spec. wise...

oh well .. not important it just caught my eye and i found it interesting..
