Yes, they are in your stateroom. Once used you can trade them to your cabin steward or at a kiosk by the pools. They claim they will charge your room if you lose them. Haven't tested this out. We did get two of them "removed" from our belongings by the pool, told our cabin steward, and a full compliment appeared with no charge when he did up our room during dinner that night.
