Arrival in Ocho Rios on Florida or Jamaica time?

We're meeting someone in Ocho Rios and they asked if the 7.30am arrival is on Florida time or Jamaican time?

It is ship's time. If you board the ship in Florida and it is noon in Florida then you can set your watch to noon and stay on ship's time. This is tricky when you book your own excursion and meet someone like you are doing.
