Aruba snorkeling trip. Need suggestions

Well, we have a week long land cruise to Aruba planned for November to celebrate our nephews wedding. I am thinking of setting up a snorkel trip for all of us (8 to 12 people). One request is that the boat has to have some shade available. Having been to Aruba a few times, we have done the mass ships excursions, so we are looking for something more personalized. Would like to be able to pick and choose our snorkel sites since we will have a few rookies with us.

Any ideas?
