Aruba version of Capt Marvin?

Is there a snorkel tour operator on Aruba that could compare to Grand Cayman's Captain Marvin?
We generally do not like the ship excursions, and prefer a smaller more personalized esxperience. We will also be considering the Helmet Dive.
