i was there last year. they didnt have parasailing. but the royal caribbean island is next to NCL islands and i saw ppl parasailing there.

IF you get bored, wander down the road, its a pretty neat excursion (going pas the WARNING YOU ARE LEAVING NCL PROPERTY signs), there is an old abandonded airstrip overlooking the whole island, an abandoned fishing village and a light house at the very end of the road.

i just got back from there, NCL has parasailing now 70$ a person and it looks like couples only. double tandem seats.
