You can get to Atlantis by a ferry boat or use what I did a taxi for $4 a person plus a $1.00 to cross the bridge. No it doesn't cost you anything to shop and eat at Atlantis. But if you want to enjoy the pools and other amenities then that does cost money. It's beautiful there make sure you bring your camera you won't want to miss this amazing hotel!
