MSC Cruises Has Just Posted the Following:

This autumn, wander the vibrant Ramblas district in Barcelona, shop in the exotic bazaars in Tunisia, admire the elegance of timeless St. Tropez or cruise the Turkish coastline and the Greek Islands under a cheerful, warming sun. This autumn MSC Cruises offers seven different itineraries with a rich selection of ports on board MSC Orchestra, MSC Musica, MSC Sinfonia, MSC Armonia, MSC Melody, MSC Lirica and MSC Opera.

MSC Orchestra departs from Venice on Saturday, 27 October (Sunday the 28th from Bari) with the following itinerary: Italy, Greece, Turkey, Croatia (8 days/7 nights). Ports of call include: Venice, Bari, Katakolon, Izmir, Istanbul and Dubrovnik before returning to Venice.

Matera (from Bari)
Visit the famous Rocks of Matera, real caves inhabited up to a few decades ago and where Mel Gibson recently made his film, "The Passion".

Ephesus (from Izmir)
Tour of the prestigious Hellenic-Roman city, with the Odeon Theatre that hosted up to 1,400 spectators, the Library of Celso and Adrian's Temple with its well-preserved bas-relief.

MSC Musica departs from Genoa Sunday, 28 October (Monday the 29th from Naples and Tuesday the 30th from Palermo) with the following itinerary: Italy, Tunisia, Balearic Islands, Spain and France (8 days/7 nights). Ports of call include: Genoa, Naples, Palermo, Tunis, Palma de Majorca, Barcelona and Marseille before returning to Genoa.

Palermo and Monreale
Transfer to Monreale to visit the Duomo, famous for its splendid mosaics, then on to Palermo to view the Cathedral at the church of Martorana, Piazza Pretoria and the Massimo Theatre.

Palma de Majorca
Take a tour to discover the capital of the Balearic Islands, stopping off at the Bellver Castle, and visit the majestic Cathedral and Plaza de Toros. Free time at the Gothic Barrio.

MSC Sinfonia departs from Genoa on 29 October (Sunday the 28th from Civitavecchia) with the following itinerary: Italy, Principality of Monaco, Spain, Malta, Tunisia (8 days/7 nights). Ports of call include: Genoa, Monte Carlo, Valencia, Valletta, Tunis and Civitavecchia before returning to Genoa.

Selection of excursions

Valencia
City coach tour to include walking tour of the ancient alleyways and piazzas. Stop off at the Cathedral for a guided tour.

Tunis
Visit Medina of Tunis, a typical Arab market with lively streets and shops offering artisans' wares.
