All propeller driven watercraft experience a condition called Prop Cavitation.  Doesn't matter if its a runabout with an outboard or an oil super tanker.  In certain conditions a vacuum forms on the back of the prop.  Water rushes in to fill this vacuum and causes a vibration.  The conditions, speed and design of the prop can increase or decrease the amount of cavitation.

It is a normal thing and NOTHING to worry about.  I have had people mention the vibration in shaky voices while I hadn't even noticed it happening.  The difference between knowing and unknowing.

Cruise ships weigh millions of pounds [GRT is a measure of space, not weight]  Water is incompressible, moving millions of pounds using props that attempt to compress the incompressible is not done without some normal reaction.
