I can't tell you about the noise level, but I believe all the rooms on the Conquest have refrigerators.  We had an inside cabin on the Verandah deck and it had one.  They come stocked, so if you want room for your own stuff, you just have to ask your cabin steward to take the stuff out.  They are more than happy to help.
