Anyone know if Carnival ever plans to return to the Port of Baltimore as a embarkation/debarkation port? DH and I sailed out of there last year on the Miracle, and it was SOO nice... plus a lot less worries about sailing during hurricane season, i think... hurricanes so rarely hit this far north, and they can just go somewhere else if the hurricanes are targeting their scheduled ports.
