I assume based on your cruise list that you're referring to the Caribbean Princess. If so, C234 is a great spot... it's forward but not extremely forward and it has the double-size balcony half covered and half exposed. You have cabins above, below, and on all sides so it will be very quiet. The only noise will be the bow wake crashing since you're right above it, but only if your door is open... and that's a good sound anyway.
