Help!!! i have started e getting clothes in order and am trying to remember all the little extras too. Suddenly realized, I do not know if we can take a Carnival( Elation) towel to the beach in Cozemal or Belize. Of course we would bring it back too. Can we get a large towel, or do we take our cabin towels, or should we pack a towel in our bags?

Three more sleeps!!!! But, who's counting?!

I haven't been on Elation but on Glory we were able to take our beach towels that they leave in the room to our Dolphin encounter. Just don't lose them, you have to pay for them if you do and it's expensive.

I believe all of the ships provide beach towels for use each day. We had to find our room steward one morning because we were leaving the ship very earl, but usually they will bring them to the room by 8:30 I think.

THANKS, knew i could count on this site for a ready answer......more room for other stuff. We always pack light, but still take too much..... I have never spilled spaghetti down my front and ruined an outfit , or had a seam tear apart, or any of the other perils I seem to pack for!! Will be merciless when actually putting it in the case. We each have a small-mid roller suitcase, and if it doesn't fitl in there it doesn't go....this includes husbands blazer and good pants, and my fancy( but very packable) duds too.

By all means don't pack towels. You need that room for something else. Just don't lose the Carnival towels as they are $22 each. We had purchased a Carnival tote on an earlier cruise so I squished it down real good and packed it. It was perfect for all our beach stuff including the towel. They have them on the ship for I think around $12. We've used it on all our cruises. Also, if you don't know about the Over the Door Shoe Hanger, it is a lifesaver - at least for us. I got one at the 99 cent store for 99 cents. It keeps all those little things off the desk and organized. With 3 of us in a room, it was great. It seems like everyone had a lanyard to keep the Sign and Sail card on. Really handy. They sell them on the ship for around $4 or free in the casino You can get your S&S card punched at the purser's desk or the casino. We took only shorts but actually had two days (first and last) of cool weather. If I were to do it over, I would take a pair of sweats or long pants for those days. The rest of the time it was shorts weather. We took insulated cups for our coffee in the morning which we used. One cruise, I forgot to take an evening purse for formal nights. We took a hair dryer but did not take an iron. I used the one in the laundry room. Each laundry room has two irons and ironing boards. That's about all I can think of right now in the way of things to pack. Hope this helps. Wish we were going with you. Have a wonderful cruise!! Joan
