Behind the scenes tour?

Do you book the "behind the scenes tour" once you get on board your Princess Ship? I didnt see anywhere you could book it on the Princess website..thanks

Re; on board Princess "tours". for $$....Our new SIL Paul is a chef, and never cruised.and he is coveting doing The Galley Tour one....
when we do the Family Thanksgiving Cruise Part II planned for 2014.he's all about getting to that!!...he was not part of the Family in 2010....and so that's the ONE thing he is holding out for.
while we have never done it;we also have heard nice things about "the Ship tour".. enjoy....Joanne
