I would agree with the above post. We haven't been to Caye Caulker but have friends that stayed there for a week or two on vacation. Very laid back but nice place. We saw where the water taxi's depart from Belize City and it looked about 5-7 blocks away from the tender pier. When you get off at the pier you would turn left, following the street closest to the shore. Eventually that brings you to the building where the water taxi's are departing from.
