We were in the same situation. We did the River Wallace/Altuan Ha ruins tour. The river tour was great and very relaxing. Saw lots of wildlife. The ruins were OK but had more walking than we thought. However, your ladies could sit on one of the benches and be able to see all of the ruins and not have to walk everywhere.
