We went to Caye Caulker last year. It reminded me of my grandma's shore home but, I don't think there is anything there to do. Many people like to do a little shopping and there are no shops as far as I could tell. I would suggest you check out an excursion through the ship to see what is best. Is it an option to go your seperate way for the day although i mean on planned excursions not wandering around on your own?
